madness

in March; the crowds crowd,

passion, loyalty, rivalry,

eyes fixed as

players run, pass, defend and shoot –

breathless pause as ball bounces

on rim.

    1. I did not attend Purdue University, however, my daughter-in-law graduated from there and my youngest son works there, as senior publicity and promotional manager for the School of Engineering. The team was exceptional, and they really got me excited about the possibility of them winning. Unfortunately, it was not meant to be.
