This may not fit the challenge, but this song is about a woman who is fixated on getting revenge, even though she never really has any proof that he committed the murder of her friend, just a gut certainty. (I agree with her – He Did It!)
From Wikipedia: “No Body, No Crime” is a song by the American singer-songwriter Taylor Swift featuring the American band Haim, from Swift’s ninth studio album, Evermore (2020). She wrote the track as a result of her fixation with crime documentaries and podcasts, and produced it with Aaron Dessner. A murder ballad featuring styles of Americana, country, country pop, and country rock, “No Body, No Crime” is about the killing of a woman named Este, narrated by her friend who avenges her. Republic Records in partnership with MCA Nashville sent the song to US country radio on January 11, 2021, as a single from Evermore.
Sorry for the briefness of this post, I am sick today.
Jim’s Challenge:This week the theme is to find a song related to Sigmund Freud’s id exhibiting instinctual drives that seek immediate pleasure or gratification without regard for reality.
It may be a little off theme but it’s a good song, from a good album 👍

Nice choiuce, Lisa and this song was new to me, but it is really nice. The police can absolutely charge and convict someone of murder without a body. While a body is crucial evidence, prosecutors can build a “no-body” case using strong circumstantial evidence, such as forensic traces, digital footprints (location data/messages), confession, or surveillance.

I’m happy you enjoyed the song 😊 She did provide a lot of circumstantial evidence.

Hi Lisa. Sorry to hear you’re not feeling well; hopefully you’ll be back in the swing of things very soon. I’m not exactly what you’d call a Swiftie, but I do like some of her songs and this is a good one. Thanks for the introduction. Take care. 💛

First hope you are feeling better soon. And next, I have never heard this song it was very good though and I am not really in the know about Taylor Swift so this was an interesting song by her I probably never would have heard. Thank you.

while I was a fan of Taylor Swift for the initial phase, way ago, in the before-time, I have not kept up with her music. that said, I like the country tinge to the music that being where she started and such
speedy recovery (sleep more than you want to, drink fluids until you’re sick of them) lol no, not medical advice.
