Elizabeth or Elinor

If you could be a character from a book or film, who would you be? Why?

If I could be a character from a book or film, I would probably choose to be Elizabeth Bennett from “Pride and Prejudice” or Elinor Dashwood of “Sense and Sensibility.”

They are both strong women. Elizabeth is witty, smart, proud and stubborn. Elinor is kind, loving, devoted, and very proper.

Although women had few rights and were unable to provide for themselves, I think these two women found true love and were happy.

    1. No way! I think she is incredibly strong, and she is also a widow (to which I can relate). She’s beautiful, successful and is still going strong after all these years! She’s human, which means flawed and amazing. That is a great choice.
