a world created with love in mind
no death the lion lay with lamb
seed of rebellion planted
tried to be like a God
death was ushered in
lion ate lamb
heart of man
plotted
killed
greed
hunger
for power
the weak trampled
countries invaded
disease sickness death pain
wars destruction division
but there is still kindness and love
and some who hold fast to hopes of change
Written in response to Willow’s challenge on Tanka Tuesday. This is my interpretation.
This week, itβs me, Willow, welcoming you all to Tanka Tuesday. I thought we could do a Nonet and use synonyms for :The state of the world/ or our lives. This is according to your interpretation.
There are four types of Nonet to choose from. You can see them all here.
I love how you ended with hope Lisa.π
