What do you wish you could do more every day?
I’m going to be honest in answering this prompt. What I wish I could do more every single day is sleep.
Since I have been living with grief brain, I am tired all the time. Sometimes I go to bed at 8:00 p.m., but still wake up so very tired in the morning. Sometimes sleep will just not come, and I lay in bed with thoughts circling around in my mind, could be anxieties or just things I need to do.
In the morning, when my alarm goes off, I hit the snooze button and groan at the idea of getting out of bed. I immediately return to sleep and my dreams, so soundly asleep that when the alarm goes off again I
I just literally fell asleep while writing that sentence! Time for a nap! Call me Rip Van Lisa.
Rip Van Lisa. I love it, but not the surrounding situation.😅 I have a bad habit of staying up into the wee hours of the morning. I don’t know why.
