Impossible

What is one word that describes me? What is it about me that makes it possible to use one word to sum up the entirety of who I am? What is the essence of me? If you strip away all the layers of me, what is the beating thing that you would find at the center?

Even as an older lady, I still wear a lot of hats, as I am a mother, grandmother, paralegal, bookkeeper, sister and so on. I have many attributes, some good and some bad. I am a procrastinator, an encourager, a believer, an okay cook, a decent driver, a hard worker, a terrible housecleaner, a joyful person, a serious person, a good friend and a pretty good listener.

As human beings, with all our complexities, our quirks, our faults and our strengths, I think we are more than any one word can describe. But, if I were forced to choose, I would choose Multifaceted.
