My favorite time of day is twilight. The sun has just set, but it isn’t dark yet. You have a nostalgic wave wash over you, a sadness that the day is over. You see a few stars overhead and the moon has risen and is softly reflecting the light of the sun. You know as the night takes over the day, the stars and moon will shine brightly in the sky. It is a time when it feels like magic is possible, as the world darkens and its edges soften. This is a romantic space, when the heart feels a yearning for someone to share the sacred night with. This is a space of reflection, as you contemplate the day before or anticipate tomorrow. Twilight is the place of dreams.
