What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
Probably the only daily habit I have that actually improves my life would be sleeping.
I don’t usually get enough sleep, and my sleep is often interrupted by dreams and my dog telling me she has to go outside, but sometimes I get a good nights rest. Sleep is important. Sleep relaxes the body and mind, and is a time when tissues repair, and the immune system is strengthened.
When my alarm goes off in the morning, that is the worst feeling of my day.
