What are your top ten favorite movies?
- Inception – Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hardy, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Cillian Murphy – need I say more?
- The Game – with Michael Douglas blew my mind. It’s a little dated now, but so good.
- Little Miss Sunshine – if you haven’t seen it, you must. A crazy family road trip gem.
- Le Femme Nikita – it’s the 1990 French version, the original version and worth reading every subtitle for.
- Dune – beautifully made, so engaging
- The Matrix Trilogy – it deserves to be on everyone’s list
- The Harry Potter movies – again, probably on everyone’s list
- The Hunger Game Trilogy
- Winter’s Bone – a chilling story about hillbilly meth dealers and the girl that becomes a casualty. Not an easy watch, but epic. Stars a young Jennifer Lawrence
- What About Bob? – if you want to laugh and don’t get irritated by ridiculousness, this is your comedy
Oh yeah, plus Silver Linings Playbook, Live, Die, Repeat, Pride and Prejudice with Keira Knightley, Robot and Frank – such an original story!, Juno, Young Frankenstein, Away We Go with John Krasinski and Maya Rudolph, It’s A Wonderful Life, Unbreakable with Bruce Willis and I could go on and on…..
I agree with Juno and silver linings playbook for sure

Hardly anyone remembers Robot and Frank; does it hold up in 2025 – maybe it would be fascinating to watch in the context of now daily robots and AI
