Finally Got To See Jason & Family!

Saturday 4/6 we went down to Evansville to see Jason & Family. I hadn’t seen them since Jan., so I was jonesin’ pretty bad. We arrived about 10:00. Jason has left early that morning to take the foster kids to their activities. Seth, the youngest in 3rd grade, had soccer. Dustin, who is in middle school, and Bethany, 14, had archery lessons. Jason got them signed up through Evansville Christian school, even though they don’t go there. Pretty cool! Janice got the kids ready because Sophia has a soccer game at 12:30, so we all met Jason and kids at the soccer field. Sophia played very well! We went back to Jason’s house after. Jason bought a mini van from Pastor Ray and it needed work done. So Billy and Jason fixed the van, the kids played and Janice and I folded laundry and visited. Jason made burgers on the grill. Yum! There’s a lot of frustration about how DCS is dragging their feet and postponing court hearings and content to put the burden on J&J. The fact finding hearing still hasn’t been held & was continued to June! They had a round table meeting scheduled last night and *surprise*! it was also postponed. I texted Janice, I guess God must know what He’s doing, and that we would keep praying. She replied Yes He does! Such faith & surrender! They are an inspiration. I didn’t get many pics, and none of the fosters but here are a few.

These are while we were at Sophia’s soccer game.

Ransom has lost baby teeth!! And look at Evangeline’s sweet face! So glad we got to be with this precious group. Love them so much!!!!
